After earning a degree in Public Relations from the University of Idaho, Sam embarked on a career in real estate that would ultimately lead her to become a top salesperson and the owner of her own brokerage. During her tenure as owner/agent, she remained a top salesperson and the overall office sales increased by an impressive 78 percent. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to exceed client expectations set her apart in the industry.

Despite her success as a brokerage owner, Sam realized that her true passion lay in working directly with her clients, being a devoted mother, and enjoying a fulfilling life outside of the demands of ownership. This realization led her to make the difficult decision to step away from the ownership role and focus on what truly brings her joy – helping her clients navigate the real estate market with care and expertise.
